Under the present circumstances, our main concern is to ensure our guests have the utmost confidence in the health-related safety of our accommodation. We are following ministry protocols to the letter and have made certain changes in the way we operate while providing guidelines that apply to all of the services we provide.
We have been trained in compliance with the protocol and with individual protocols for each department of the accommodation, ensuring it strictly adheres to the key protective measures against Covid-19: hand-washing and physical distancing from guests in all work areas and facilities.
In our effort to ensure that we are operating not just as providers of hospitality but primarily of a safe stay and other services, we ask for your understanding and participation in the new way of doing things.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all areas where we work, with particular attention to high-touch point surfaces.
Check-out time is no later than 11:00, while check-in is now at 15:00 so that rooms may be thoroughly cleaned. Due to our accommodation’s small capacity, there is no waiting time for checking in or out. At check-in, we ask that only one person approach the reception desk to collect the keycard. Each keycard is individually disinfected at guest departure. The main entrance of the accommodation is open from 10:00 to 22:00 and there is no night service.
All non-essential items and decorations, such as magazines, brochures, cushions and bedspreads, have been removed from the rooms. In addition, the mini-bars in the rooms are not stocked. The rooms and all other spaces are cleaned with special disinfectants. All fabric items in the room and hard-to-reach spots are steam-cleaned at very high temperatures (>70°C) and with a special disinfectant. Linens are washed in accordance with all safety protocols at very high temperatures over 60°C (washing and drying). If you wish, housekeeping services will be offered on request daily 11:00-14:00 by contacting reception or by stating your preference at check-in.
The Premium Café at our accommodation will be open from 10:00 to 20:00. Service is available only outdoors, in keeping with all safety measures.
Our handling of a potential suspicious case will fully comply with the Greek health protocol for the operation of tourist accommodations.
You will be staying in a separate building with just 8 studios and a large, open outdoor space for your relaxation and enjoyment. We have an independent entrance through the garden, in compliance with distance specifications to avoid overcrowding. We have a private car park for guests only so we can safely transfer your baggage.
